Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on System Integration & Test Engineer with experience in integrating, validating, troubleshooting, and testing complex power electronic systems. The candidate will work on EV Chargers, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Hybrid Inverters, Solar Inverters, and Industrial Power Supply products, ensuring seamless interaction between power electronics hardware, embedded firmware, control systems, communication interfaces, and external components.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for system-level integration, validation, performance testing, failure analysis, and supporting product development teams throughout the product lifecycle from prototype development to certification and production release.

Key Responsibilities

System Integration & Validation
• Integrate power electronic subsystems, embedded controllers, sensors, communication modules, and external interfaces.
• Perform system-level validation of ESS, solar inverters, hybrid inverters, EV Chargers and industrial power systems.
• Verify functional interactions between hardware, firmware, software, and control algorithms.
• Validate complete system performance under different operating and environmental conditions.
• Execute system integration plans and maintain traceability of requirements to test cases.
• Prepare integration test reports, validation reports, and failure analysis documentation.
• Maintain verification and validation records for product qualification and certification.
• Support prototype bring-up and first-time system commissioning activities. System Testing & Verification
• Execute functional, performance, reliability, and regression testing at subsystem and system levels.
• Perform efficiency, thermal, load regulation, transient response, and endurance testing.
• Verify system protection features including OCP, OVP, UVP, OTP, Isolation Monitoring, and Short-Circuit Protection.
• Conduct stress, reliability, and fault-injection testing. System Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
• Debug system-level integration issues involving hardware, firmware, communication, and controls.
• Perform root cause analysis of field and laboratory failures.
• Analyze logs, waveforms, communication packets, and test data.
• Recommend corrective actions and verify implemented fixes.

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor's Degree in: Electrical/ Power Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering

Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of:
o Power Electronics Fundamentals
o System Integration & Validation Methodology
o Electrical System Architecture o Control and Embedded System
o Communication Protocol o Verification & Validation o EMI/EMC Fundamentals, IEC 61000 standards

• Hands-on expertise with different equipment like DSO, Differential Voltage Probes, Current Probes, Power Analyzer, LCR Meter, Electronic Load, AC/DC Power Supply, Hi Pot Tester, Insulation Tester, CAN Analyzer, Modbus tools etc.
• Expertise with different tools and software like LTSpice, MATLAB, Microsoft Office, etc.
