About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales professional to drive growth for our ready-to-use and customizable Healthcare and Fintech solutions. The role involves end-to-end sales execution, from lead generation to deal closure, targeting clients in the US, UK, and Europe.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Outreach, and Cold Calling
  • Plan and execute outbound sales campaigns for international markets (US, UK, Europe)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → meetings/demo → proposals → closure
  • Identify opportunities for Healthcare and Fintech solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Product Heads)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and solution positioning
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns for better conversion


(Optional) Experience of managing and guide 1–2 junior team members


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development
  • Proven experience in lead generation using Email, LinkedIn, and Cold Calling
  • Experience selling technology solutions or services to international clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and overlapping prospect time zone
