Job Description
Order Management
  • Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) in ERP.
  • Verify customer Purchase Orders (POs) and commercial details.
  • Ensure timely processing and execution of customer orders.
  • Maintain order records and documentation.
Production Planning Coordination
  • Coordinate with the production team for order planning and execution.
  • Track production schedules against customer commitments.
  • Follow up internally to ensure timely order readiness.
Dispatch Coordination
  • Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for material movement.
  • Track dispatch schedules and delivery status.
  • Share dispatch updates with internal teams and customers as required.
Invoicing & Collections
  • Coordinate with the finance team for invoice generation.
  • Track invoice status and customer payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
  • Maintain collection trackers and payment records.
Customer Onboarding & Documentation
  • Create customer masters in ERP.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation.
  • Ensure all customer-related documents are updated and available.
RMA & Service Coordination
  • Track RMA (Return Material Authorization) cases from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders regarding returned products.
  • Follow up on repair, replacement, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain RMA records, status updates, and closure reports.
Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain order status, dispatch status, invoicing, collection, and RMA trackers.
  • Support management with sales and operations MIS reports.
Internal Coordination
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Service, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure seamless execution of customer orders from order receipt to payment collection.
  • Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Desired Skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Basic ERP experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Qualification
  • Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BE/B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Operations Coordination, Order Management, Back Office Operations, or Customer Support will be preferred.
