Job Summary
Bacancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The candidate will analyze business and technical requirements, document functional and technical specifications, work with development teams, and support the successful delivery of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and system needs.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support solution design and technical discussions.
- Identify system dependencies, integration requirements, and potential technical risks.
- Assist development and QA teams in clarifying requirements.
- Participate in testing, validation, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Support preparation of technical proposals, estimates, and solution documentation when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, integrations, and software architecture concepts.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, SQL, or similar tools is preferred.
- IT services/software development experience is preferred.
